Comprehensive Physical and Occupational Therapy Programs
Bath Community Hospital provides rehabilitation services to people recovering from injury and illness in the hospital and at Bath Community Rehab & Wellness Center.
Our comprehensive physical and occupational therapy programs assist individuals recovering from surgery, stroke, injury, or illness in achieving optimal functional outcomes. We also specialize in health promotion and disease prevention programs for those individuals who want to achieve or maintain healthy lifestyles.
Our Providers
Each of our therapists treats in the outpatient setting at Bath Community Rehab and Wellness Center, as well as an inpatient at the hospital, treating acute and skilled patients.

Bath Community Rehab and Wellness includes a top-notch family-oriented fitness center with cardiovascular and strength training equipment. A partial list of equipment includes Hammer Strength V-Squat, Life Fitness Leg Press, Life Fitness Dual Adjustable Pulley Cable (DAP); rowing machines, Life Fitness treadmills and ellipticals, (standing and seated). We offer dumbbell weights from 1-80 lbs, plates 2.5 to 45 lbs, and free weights as well. Other equipment includes Life Fitness Glute, Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Hip ADD and ABD, Pec Fly/rear delt; Versa Climber, and Hammer Strength Assist Chin/Dip.
Monthly and annual memberships are available to the public. Three-free orientation sessions are offered to new members as an introduction to the equipment and instruction in building a sustainable workout regimen. Lockers and showers are available, and of course, we are open 24/7 to current members!
