Samantha Plecker is a native of Bath County and graduated from Jefferson College of Health Sciences in 2015 as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with her Associate of Applied Science degree. She serves as the Rehab Team Lead and has worked for Bath Community Hospital as a therapist since 2015.

Samantha practices an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to treatment, emphasizing therapeutic exercise, posture and core stability, fall prevention, balance training, and ergonomics.
