Bio

Prior to joining Bath Community Hospital, Dr. Grover gained extensive experience in emergency medicine, including an emergency medicine mentorship at a Level 1 trauma center for Ballad Health and most recently, serving as an emergency medicine physician at Russell County Hospital in Lebanon, VA, a facility that sees approximately 15,000 patients per year. Dr. Grover has been splitting his time between this facility and Bath Community Hospital since 2023. Now, he is a full-time member of the Bath Community Hospital team.

In addition to his impressive medical credentials, Dr. Grover is also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying activities such as mountain biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, and motorcycle riding. He is also a skilled do-it-yourself automotive and motorcycle mechanic.
