Bath Community Physicians Group is a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including board-certified physicians, family nurse practitioners, physicians assistants and more. They offer comprehensive services for families and individuals of all ages.
The clinics are available to perform complete medical histories; complete pre-employment, sports, and pre-surgical physical examinations; assessment of health status; routine laboratory and diagnostic tests; diagnosis and treatment for common acute and chronic health problems and medical conditions; and provide limited immunizations.
We Offer:
- Primary and preventive health care services for people of all ages
- Comprehensive treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
- CDL Physicals
- Education, screening, and prevention activities for a wide variety of health issues, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, COPD, and heart problems
- Community-based health education and wellness promotion
- Assistance with accessing social services and other community services
- Referrals for specialized therapy, including Cardiac, Pulmonary, Physical & Occupational Therapy
- Behavioral Health Therapy
- General Surgery
Walk-in Clinics:
Examples of conditions treated at a walk-in clinic include:
The walk-in clinics have some on-site diagnostics, including x-rays and some lab tests. Please note that lab results may take 24 – 48 hours. Walk-in clinics are not able to refill prescriptions.
Walk-in clinics do not offer the same services as an Emergency Room.
For life-threatening conditions, call 911, or visit the hospital Emergency Room.
